Exmoor - 15th June 08
The boys set off on their first Triathlon. Dumb as ever, we accidently picked the hardest half ironman in the world!! Despite the fog during the swim and the torrential downpours on the bike, it was a brilliant event and we all finished the race.

At the end of the race Joachim, Andy and myself all agreed to do the full Ironman next year. In keeping with tradition, it's going to be the Norseman
